We have worked very hard on getting our skin care formulas perfected to produce the results that each formula was developed for. We have studied each product to ensure that our customers are pleased with their results. We urge you to email us and let us know if you are not thrilled with your products.

We may suggest something else for your skin. We are here to help you have the skin you are hoping for. That’s our optimal goal. If for some reason, you are not thrilled with the results, please let us know. If you return this to us before the 30 days of receiving the product, we will refund your credit card, less the shipping and handling fees. If you have exceeded the thirty days, we will give you a Sea Active Skincare website credit that you can spend another time.

All returns need an authorization number. To get this from us, please send an email to customercare@seaactiveskincare.com. We will issue you a return authorization number. Put that number on the outside of the package you are returning. Once we receive the return, the credit card that you used will be refunded, less the s/h. (If your order was over $125 the s/h handling was free. If items are returned from this order, the s/h we paid will subtracted from your refunded amount).
